Sue Ross Legal are recruiting for a full time Wills and Probate Paralegal.

As one of the oldest law firms in the UK, our client offers a wealth of experience across a wide variety of legal services. You will be joining a friendly and supportive team based at one of the three offices in Nottinghamshire, in the heart of the historic town centre.

The successful candidate will join the Private Client department supporting and assisting the Solicitors within the department. You will be working on a variety of matters including wills, probate, trusts, estate administration and lasting powers of attorney.
The experience requirements for this role are as follows;
• Two years’ experience in a Private Client capacity
• Experienced in the use of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
• Experienced in administrative duties
Desirable but not essential qualifications are as follows;
• Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) certificates
Our client is looking for applications from enthusiastic and self-motivated candidates who have previous work experience within Private Client and are confident in their own practices within the area. The successful candidate will ideally have two years’ experience in managing or assisting with a range of Private Client matters, although additional training in these areas will be available. You will need to have excellent customer care skills, a good attention to detail and be a team player.
