Personal Injury Solicitor

Sue Ross Legal are recruiting a Personal Injury Solicitor on behalf of a Leading UK Law Firm to work as a part of a small, friendly team based in Nottingham.

Duties will include:

• Managing own case load comprising of claimant, RTA, EL/ PL and OL, MOJ Portal claims.
• Dealing with clients who are claiming compensation for injuries suffered as a result of accidents, clinical negligence, criminal assaults and historic abuse.
• Assisting with more complex claims including non-portal
• Dealing with some Civil Litigation work including company debt collection, building and construction disputes, contract and commercial agreement disputes, professional negligence claims and claims against local authorities. 

To be considered for this role it is essential that you are a qualified Solicitor with circa 1 year + PQE (however candidates with more or less experience may also be considered) and have Civil Litigation experience, as well as experience dealing with your own case load of mixed PI claims from start to finish.
