Sue Ross Legal are working with an established, regional law firm, who are looking to recruit a Wills and Probate Secretary for their central Barnsley office.

You will be providing secretarial support to a team of Fee Earners with duties including;

  • Audio and copy typing general correspondence, wills and other legal documents
  • Organising meetings and appointments
  • Dealing with client queries in person, over the telephone and via email
  • Maintaining manual and electronic filing systems
  • Updating inhouse case management systems

To be considered for this role you will need to have experience gained working as a Legal Secretary and have excellent audio and copy typing speeds. Experience gained within Wills and Probate would be an advantage but is not essential.
