Legal Cashier - Part time

Sue Ross Legal are working with a law firm based near Meadowhall who are looking to recruit a Legal Cashier on a part time basis.

Our client is looking for someone who is available to work circa 21 hours per week. This is completely flexible as to how this is worked (e.g. 3 full days, 5 part days etc.).

To be considered for this role it is essential that you have experience and knowledge of Legal Aid cashiering.

Duties will include;

• Monitoring and processing incoming and outgoing payments
• Processing Legal Aid payments
• Reconciling bank statements
• Maintaining client and office accounts
• Conducting banking duties
• Paying supplier invoices
• Creating and issuing invoices
• Controlling petty cash
• Ensuring adherence to Solicitors Accounts Rules

This will be an office based role but our client is based near good transport links.
