Group Action/Data Protection Fee Earner

Description

Sue Ross Legal are recruiting for a Fee Earner to join the Data Protection/Group Action team of our client’s Chesterfield based office.

This role will see you assisting with a caseload of Group Action/Data Protection claims and duties will include;

• Taking instructions from clients
• Opening client files
• Drafting and preparing legal documents including witness statements, instructions to Counsel etc
• Instructing experts
• Preparing bundles
• Dealing with client queries

To be considered for this role it would be a distinct advantage if you had experience of Data Protection or Group Claims, however, our client will also look at candidates who have a background in Personal Injury or Civil Litigation.
