French/ German/ Dutch speaking Immigration Coordinator

Sue Ross Legal are working with a well-established, leading law firm for the recruitment of French, Dutch and German speakers to join The European Shared Services team as Immigration Coordinators on a permanent basis. These roles will be based in the Sheffield office, however you will support and work closely with teams in Paris, Benelux and Frankfurt.

This role will see you providing comprehensive support to Consultants and Senior Consultants who are based in Paris, Benelux and Frankfurt. Duties will include;

• Providing comprehensive business support to a wide range of clients
• Drafting immigration applications in German/French
• Drafting support letters
• Updating and maintaining databases and client records
• Uploading case related documents and government decisions onto client files
• Identifying relevant embassies/consulates
• Drafting emails to provide updates on all immigration matters
• Checking available appointments at embassies and consulates
• Assisting with case audits
• Rename and downsize documents, request company set up
• Create client care letters
• Take on any additional projects as required

To be considered for this role, it is essential to have strong administrative and communication skills, ideally gained within a law firm or legal environment as well as previous experience in a customer facing role.

It is also essential that you have a high level of spoken and written French, German or Dutch.

This is a full time, permanent position that offers free parking and hybrid office/remote working.
