Sue Ross Legal are working with a regional law firm who are looking to recruit a Secretary/Administrator to join their Family Law team based in the Rotherham office.

You will be providing support and assistance to Fee Earners with duties including;

  • Ensuring adherence to quality standards and company procedures
  • Answering incoming telephone calls and emails from clients
  • Dealing with client and third party queries
  • Processing incoming and outgoing post
  • Audio and copy typing general correspondence, reports and legal documents
  • Diary management
  • Organising meetings and appointments
  • Opening and closing client files

To be considered for this role, you will need to have previous experience gained in an administrative or secretarial capacity within Family Law, have excellent typing speeds and are able to communicate with clients and third parties at all levels.
