Description

Sue Ross Legal are working with a successful, multi-site law firm for the recruitment of a Corporate Paralegal. You will be joining an experienced corporate team based in Leeds who specialise in domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions.

This role will see you assisting more senior Fee Earners and Solicitors with UK and international transactions across a wide range of sectors, including;

• Building products
• House building
• Oil and gas
• Manufacturing
• Healthcare
• Sport
• Equity capital markets and private equity transactions
• Group reorganisations
• Shareholder and joint venture agreements
• General strategic corporate matters

To be considered for this role, you must be experienced in a wide range of corporate transactions.
