Conveyancing Assistant (4609)

Description

Sue Ross Legal are recruiting for an experienced Conveyancing Assistant on behalf of a successful firm of Solicitors in Mansfield.

Duties will include;

• Working in a team with a Legal Executive to support in all aspects of the day-to-day running of files
• Dealing with transactions from instruction through to completion
• Undertaking Exchange of Contracts
• Communicating with Clients, Agents, Brokers and Solicitors on a day-to-day basis
• Providing updates and general advice
• Working with our internal Case Management System
• Dealing with post and calls, ensuring excellent customer service is provided at all times

To be considered for this role it is essential that you have experience assisting with a caseload of residential sales and purchases. You should also possess excellent client care skills and have a keen eye for detail.
