Sue Ross Legal are supporting a leading, Sheffield based law firm who have an excellent opportunity for a talented Solicitor or Legal Executive to join their growing Commercial Property department.

This multi-accredited firm has been established in Sheffield for more than 200 years. As one of the leading practices in the region, the firm has built an enviable reputation for forging successful professional relationships and providing exceptional client care. The Commercial Property department acts for a wide range of local and national clients on a broad spectrum of commercial and residential property transactions.

Candidates must have experience, knowledge and a demonstrable background of handling commercial property work including sales, purchases, letting, landlord and tenant, financing, and residential conveyancing work. Applicants should ideally have 1 – 2 years PQE (applications from newly qualified candidates will be welcome subject to experience) and must be able to demonstrate sound technical knowledge together with exceptional client care and excellent communication skills.

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual to join a vastly experienced, specialist team and we are looking for candidates with personality and drive to handle a varied caseload.
