Clinical Negligence Fee Earner

Description

Sue Ross Legal are recruiting for Clinical Negligence Fee Earners on behalf of our client, a well known, regional firm of Solicitors.

Due to expansion, we are looking to receive applications from Fee Earners at all levels, either qualified or un-qualified, who have experience of handling and progressing Clinical Negligence files.

You will be responsible for a caseload of files from start to finish and duties will include;

• Taking instructions from clients
• Instructing experts
• Obtaining and reviewing export reports and evidence
• Obtaining and drafting witness statements
• Negotiating settlements
• Drafting and producing legal documents and forms
• Instructing Counsel

For this role you should have a passion for providing high standards of customer care and have the ability to manage tight deadlines.
