We hand select our CVs by conducting manual searches. This is the best way to ensure that our candidates have the correct qualifications and experience to be the right match for your firm.
All of our candidates are carefully screened when they register with us. Wherever possible we interview our candidates in person but if this is not feasible we conduct a full telephone interview so that we are able to provide CVs that are both detailed and accurate.
