Sue Ross Legal are happy to be assisting our client, a well respected firm of Solicitors, who are currently seeking a part time Legal Secretary to join their Personal Injury Department.

 

The successful person will provide support to a fee earner in the department and responsibilities may include;

 

  • Audio-typing general correspondence using Big Hand
  • Providing administrative support
  • Answering incoming calls
  • Covering reception
  • Dealing with emails
  • Meeting and greeting clients

 

The right candidate will have secretarial experience gained within a legal environment and demonstrate fast typing speeds. For this role, it is essential that you have experience using Bighand.

 

You must be a strong communicator and be dedicated to providing high standards of client care. You will enjoy working as part of a team as well as demonstrating the ability to use initiative and prioritise your own workload.
