Sue Ross Legal are recruiting for a Legal Secretary on behalf of a multi-site law firm. You will be joining the Personal Injury department based in the central Nottingham office and duties will include;

 

  • Providing support to a Personal Injury Fee Earner 
  • Audio and copy typing general correspondence, reports and legal documents 
  • Diary management 
  • Organising meetings and appointments 
  • Maintaining filing systems 
  • Preparing bundles 
  • Dealing with client queries 

 

To be considered for this role it is essential that you have experience gained working as a Legal Secretary within a law firm. Personal Injury experience would be an advantage but our client will also consider candidates from other legal disciplines. 

 

You should possess excellent audio and copy typing speeds along with strong client care and communication skills.
