Conveyancing Paralegal - FTC - Barnsley

Details

This role is available to start immediately and will be on a fixed term contract basis until December at which point the situation will be reviewed. 

 

Duties within the role will include;

 

  • Providing support and assistance to Fee Earners with the full remit of conveyancing 
  • Assisting with sales, purchases, help to buy and re-mortgages for both freehold and leasehold properties 
  • Using the Land Registry portal 
  • Drafting contracts 
  • Processing SDLT forms 
  • Progressing files through to exchange and completion 
  • Handling exchanges
  • Handling post completion duties including SDLT 

 

To be considered for this position it is essential that you have worked in a similar role and have knowledge and experience of the full conveyancing process.
