Family Legal Assistant/Paralegal - Rotherham

Details

Sue Ross Legal are currently seeking a Legal Assistant/Paralegal to join our client’s family law team based at their central Rotherham office.

You will be providing comprehensive assistance to a Family Solicitor and duties will include;

 

  • Screening and responding to incoming emails and calls 
  • Taking instructions from clients on matrimonial cases 
  • Dealing with client queries
  • Drafting legal documents and correspondence including divorce petitions etc 
  • Assessing and taking initial details of claims
  • Preparing bundles 
  • Updating inhouse databases
  • Conducting administrative tasks as required

 

To be considered for this role it is essential that you have experience gained within Family Law and have excellent communication and client care skills.
