Legal Secretary - Criminal Law - Doncaster

Sue Ross Legal have been instructed by a well known and respected firm of Solicitors in Doncaster, for the recruitment of a Legal Secretary. You will be joining the Criminal law team and duties will include;

 

  • Providing secretarial and administrative support to a team of Solicitors 
  • Using case management systems to open new client files 
  • Conducting due diligence including checking client ID etc 
  • Maintaining filing systems 
  • Audio and copy typing court documents, witness statements, reports, letters, attendance notes and telephone notes
  • Diary management 
  • Booking meetings and appointments 
  • Dealing with queries from clients and third parties etc 

 

To be considered for this position you should have experience gained working as a Legal Secretary, ideally within criminal law. You should possess excellent copy and audio typing speeds and have strong communication and client care skills.
