Private Client Legal Secretary (FT or PT) - Doncaster

Sue Ross Legal are recruiting on behalf of a regional firm of Solicitors for an experienced Legal Secretary. You will be joining the Private Client team based in Doncaster and duties will include;

 

  • Opening files using a case management system
  • Conducting due diligence including checking client ID etc 
  • Maintaining filing systems 
  • Audio and copy typing letters, wills,  attendance notes and telephone notes
  • Diary management 
  • Dealing with client queries over the telephone and email 
  • Taking instructions from clients 

 

To be considered for this role you should have experience working as a Legal Secretary, ideally within Wills and Probate. You should possess excellent audio and copy typing speeds and have an approachable manner in order to work with clients at all levels.
