Post Completion Assistant - Doncaster

Sue Ross Legal are delighted to be working on behalf of our client, a well established firm of Solicitors who are currently looking for a Post Completions Assistant to join their team based at their Doncaster office.

 

You will be responsible for providing support to the Conveyancing team and duties may include; 

 

  • Sending invoices and completion statements
  • Paying disbursements
  • Completing SDLT returns
  • Preparing files for closure
  • Updating clients via email and over the phone
  • Submitting registration applications at the Land Registry
  • Handling requisitions 

 

The ideal candidate will have experience gained within Residential Conveyancing at either Assistant or Secretarial level. 

 

Our client is considering both full and part time candidates for this role. 

 

You must have excellent knowledge of the post completions process as the successful candidate should be able to really go in and hit the ground running. You will demonstrate excellent administration skills and be dedicated to providing the highest standards of client care.
