Temporary Legal Secretary - Barnsley

Sue Ross Legal are recruiting for an experienced Legal Secretary to cover a temporary assignment at our client’s Barnsley office. You will be joining the property department of a leading and well respected, regional firm of Solicitors for a period of circa 2 weeks (maybe longer).

 

Duties within this role will include;

 

•Audio typing general correspondence, reports and legal documents

•Diary management

•Dealing with client queries 

•Answering incoming telephone calls

•Maintaining and updating case management systems

•Maintaining filing systems 

 

Our client will consider Legal Secretaries with experience within any legal discipline and will also look at both full time and part time candidates. 

 

To be considered for this role you should be available to start immediately and be available for work for at least two weeks. You should have experience working as a Secretary within a firm of Solicitors and have excellent copy and audio typing speeds.
