Sue Ross Legal are excited to be working with a well-established and well-regarded Law Firm based in Sheffield. Our client is looking for an experienced Legal Secretary to join their busy Care department. 

 

To be considered for this position, it is preferable that you have experience of providing secretarial support within a Family department. Excellent typing speeds and experience of using digital dictation are also essential. 

 

Key duties will include: 

 

  • Supporting several Fee Earners 
  • Copy and audio typing legal documents and correspondence
  • Liaising with clients over the telephone, face to face and email
  • Performing diary management
  • Maintaining files 

 

The successful candidate must be able to prioritise effectively, work efficiently in a demanding environment and, above all, be able to communicate with clients in a professional and empathetic manner.
