Conveyancing Fee Earner - Nottingham

Sue Ross Legal are delighted to be working with our client, a well established firm of solicitors with offices across South Yorkshire, Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire. They are currently seeking a Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner for their Nottingham office.

 

The ideal candidate will have experience covering the full remit of Conveyancing and will be expected to handle a mixed caseload including;

 

  • Sales, purchases and re-mortgages 
  • Freehold and leasehold
  • Registered and unregistered titles
  • Right to buys
  • Shared ownership leases

 

The successful candidate will have circa 3 years’ experience (however candidates with more or less experience may also be considered). You will be a confident communicator and forward thinking, as you will be expected to assist with the marketing of the department as a whole.
