Sue Ross Legal have a fantastic opportunity available for an experienced Legal Secretary to join the award winning Commercial Property team of our client, a well regarded and respected firm of Solicitors based in Sheffield and duties will include;

 

  • Providing secretarial support to Fee Earners within the Commercial Property department
  • Audio typing general correspondence and reports 
  • Diary management
  • Organising meetings and appointments 
  • Drafting legal documents 
  • Dealing with client queries 

 

To be considered for this role it is essential that you have at least 12 months experience gained within a legal environment. You should possess excellent audio and copy typing speeds, have a keen eye for detail and be able to communicate with clients at all levels.
