Sue Ross Legal have a fantastic opportunity for a highly experienced Family Solicitor to join our clients Nottingham based office. You would be joining the highly recommended Family department in a well established, forward thinking, regional firm of Solicitors.

 

You will be handling your own caseload comprising a full mix of both private (including divorces, finances and domestic abuse) and public family law and will conduct your own advocacy.  

 

To be considered for this role you should have experience handling and progressing your own caseload, but you should also have a demonstrable knowledge of LAPSO/CCMS, be extremely IT literate and take real pride in providing high standards of client care.  

 

Our client’s preference would be for someone whose competence is already marked by accreditation/membership of a panel and already have category supervisor status. They will also look at Solicitors at all levels of PQE who are not accredited but who have extensive experience handling a full mixed caseload of family law files. 

 

Salary is dependent on experience and an excellent benefits package is also on offer.
